Field Operator II
Job Skills, Qualifications and Experiences
Minimum a Technical degree or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, information analysis, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under deadlines and pressure independently or within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle.
Working Conditions
Remote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours.
Field Operator I
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Monitor and record operational parameters, reporting abnormalities to Supervisors or CRO.
Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed.
Assist in mechanical and instrument-related tasks.
Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines.
Check pressure, temperature, and level gauges and report irregularities.
Follow established O&M instructions and supervisor guidance.
Support plant stability and production optimization.
Assist in troubleshooting and restarting compressors.
Participate in training and provide feedback on procedures.
Working Conditions
Remote site conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours, vibrating platforms.
Shift-based schedules with on-call availability.
Job Skills, Qualifications and Experiences
Minimum technical degree in Industrial Processes, Chemical, Petroleum, or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in a similar Oil & Gas role.
Familiarity with plant equipment and processes.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of PFDs, P&IDs, Cause & Effect matrix, and Fire & Gas systems.
Basic knowledge of maintenance systems and methodologies.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Motivated team player willing to learn and work in a diverse environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- المساعدة في تشغيل ومراقبة معدات العمليات مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة
- مراقبة وتسجيل بيانات تشغيل المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي خلل
- دعم عمليات بدء التشغيل والإيقاف حسب توجيهات المشرف
- المساعدة في أعمال الميكانيكا والأجهزة حسب التوجيهات
- المساعدة في عمليات الضغط والتفريغ للمعدات والأنابيب
- فحص المؤشرات مثل الضغط ودرجة الحرارة والمستوى والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل
- اتباع تعليمات التشغيل والصيانة
- تنفيذ تعليمات المشرفين للحفاظ على استقرار العمليات وتحسين الإنتاج
- المساهمة في استكشاف الأعطال وإعادة تشغيل الضواغط بعد التوقف
- المشاركة في التدريبات ومراجعة إجراءات التشغيل وتقديم ملاحظات
ظروف العمل:
- العمل في مواقع نائية
- مناخ حار ورطب مع منصات عمل اهتزازية
- نظام ورديات مختلف مع إمكانية الاستدعاء عند الحاجة
المهارات والمؤهلات والخبرات:
- دبلوم فني في العمليات الصناعية أو الكيميائية أو البترولية أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في قطاع النفط والغاز
- معرفة أساسية بمعدات المصنع والعمليات التشغيلية
- مهارات أساسية في حل المشكلات وتحليل المعلومات
- فهم عام لمخططات العمليات PFD وP&ID وأنظمة السلامة
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة إدارة الصيانة
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج مايكروسوفت
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وتعد العربية ميزة إضافية
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وفي بيئة متعددة الثقافات والاستعداد للتعلم
