The OCC Specialist role focuses on executing pricing strategies, managing shipment documentation, and supporting freight operations while building strong customer and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing strategies and respond to pricing enquiries.
• Maintain and update local tariffs accurately.
• Support RFQ development and manage critical RFQ processes.
• Prepare shipment documentation and support tender submissions.
• Maintain databases for efficient operational responses.
• Build relationships with customers and airlines.
• Prepare performance reports and reviews.

Key Account Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate airfreight operations aligned with business strategy.
• Lead, coach, and manage team performance and training.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
• Enhance processes and systems to improve service quality.
