Customer Service Agent
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Complete bookings with carriers and submit shipping instructions with high accuracy
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high confidence levels
- Communicate and follow up with customers regarding shipment or delivery status
- Understand individual customer processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and achieve monthly customer KPIs
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality policy
- Communicate with supervisors to improve department processes
- Track and update call logs and data in MyDP Portal
- Provide reports to upper management
Accountant
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance

- Proficiency in payroll software, Excel, and HRIS systems
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
