QC Inspector
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Inspect all incoming raw materials used in manufacturing against standard product specifications
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality, proper packaging, correct batch number identification, MTN clarity, and maintain records
- Ensure raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products meet agreed standard limits through testing such as thickness/weight analysis, PPM report, MFI test, dart impact test, cupping test, foil lubricant GSM, wall thickness checking, glue adhesion test, oil proof/crack test, hot oil bath test, water proof/leak test, container capacity test, and viscosity test
- Check returned goods from customers and recommend suitable disposal
- Maintain master samples of all products and packaging materials
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor in any related field
- Male candidates only
- Experience in Quality position is a must
Internal Auditor
Qualifications:
- Male candidates only
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Auditing from a reputed university
- 1–2 years audit experience or Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Internal audit experience in manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong communication skills including report writing and presentation
- Ability to identify systems and control gaps
- Sound knowledge of factory efficiency and performance measures
- IT competency certification is an advantage

- Sunday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Institute corporate governance practices at group level
- Provide independent and consulting activities to add value and improve organizational operations
- Ensure systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve governance processes
- Ensure reliability and accuracy of audit processes and compliance with policies and procedures
- Report any misappropriation, misuse of funds/assets, and fraudulent activities at group, subsidiary, or associate level
- Perform regular verification of system processes and documents to ensure compliance with approved procedures
- Support management in identifying key focus areas for internal audit efforts
- Develop annual audit plan covering all group companies and subsidiaries

- فحص المنتجات النهائية للتأكد من الجودة والتعبئة السليمة والتعريف الصحيح (رقم الدفعة) وحفظ السجلات
- التأكد من أن المواد الخام والمنتجات نصف النهائية والنهائية ضمن الحدود القياسية المعتمدة من خلال إجراء اختبارات مثل السماكة والوزن، تقرير PPM، اختبار MFI، اختبار مقاومة الصدمات (Dart Impact)، اختبار Cupping، قياس GSM للمواد، فحص سماكة الجدران، اختبار التصاق الغراء، اختبار مقاومة الزيت، اختبار الزيت في الحمام الساخن، اختبار مقاومة الماء والتسريب، اختبار سعة الحاويات، واختبار اللزوجة
- فحص جميع البضائع المرتجعة من العملاء وتقديم توصيات للتصرف المناسب
- الاحتفاظ بالعينات المرجعية لجميع المنتجات ومواد التغليف

المؤهلات:
- ذكر
- بكالوريوس في التجارة أو المالية أو المحاسبة من جامعة معتمدة
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنة في التدقيق (أو خريج جديد مقبول)
- خبرة في التدقيق داخل قطاع التصنيع تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- مهارات تواصل وكتابة تقارير وعرض نتائج
- القدرة على تحديد الأنظمة والضوابط
- معرفة جيدة بكفاءة المصانع ومؤشرات الأداء
- شهادة في مهارات تقنية المعلومات تعتبر ميزة إضافية

- تطبيق ممارسات الحوكمة المؤسسية على مستوى المجموعة
- تقديم نشاط مستقل واستشاري لتحسين عمليات المؤسسة
- ضمان فعالية أنظمة الحوكمة وتحسينها بشكل مستمر
- التأكد من الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات وأنظمة التفويض والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو إساءة استخدام للأموال أو الأصول
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق دورية للأنظمة والعمليات والتأكد من الالتزام بالإجراءات المعتمدة
- إعداد خطة تدقيق سنوية تغطي جميع شركات المجموعة والشركات التابعة والزميلة
- تحديد أولويات التدقيق بناءً على تقييم المخاطر والأنظمة
