The role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing lifting nominations while ensuring compliance with international sales contracts and logistics obligations.

The position involves coordination with internal teams such as Refinery Operations, Commercial Sales, and Wharf Operations, as well as external stakeholders including customers, inspectors, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Oil Supply Planning & Scheduling on lifting activities.
• Manage vessel nominations, scheduling, and approvals.
• Organize shipments from terminals and ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to avoid disruptions.
• Minimize demurrage costs and ensure efficient supply chain execution.

Instructional Designer

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in instructional or curriculum design.

المهام الوظيفية:

التنسيق مع إدارة تخطيط وإمداد النفط (OSPAS) فيما يخص جدولة وشحن النفط.

تنظيم عمليات شحن خام أبو صفاح بما يشمل تفاصيل السفن وبرامج الشحن.

التفاوض على مواعيد الشحن وتنظيم السفن من موانئ التحميل.

الحصول على موافقات قبطان الميناء للسفن المرشحة.

التنسيق مع العملاء وفرق العمليات والمفتشين والوكلاء.

ضمان سلاسة العمليات وتقليل تكاليف التأخير (Demurrage).

التنسيق مع جهات داخلية مثل التخطيط والتشغيل وسلسلة الإمداد والمبيعات.

التواصل مع الجهات الخارجية مثل العملاء والجهات الحكومية.

مصمم تعليمي

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم التعليمي أو تكنولوجيا التعليم أو علوم الحاسب أو ما يعادلها.

خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تصميم المناهج والبرامج التدريبية.

خبرة في تصميم وتقديم الدورات الإلكترونية والهجينة.

معرفة متقدمة بنظريات تعلم الكبار ونماذج التصميم التعليمي.

مهارات قوية في إعداد المناهج والدروس.

القدرة على كتابة محتوى تعليمي نصي وصوتي ومرئي.

فهم عميق لأنظمة إدارة التعلم.
