Role Description

The Fundraising Director for GCC Markets is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama, Bahrain. The role entails developing and executing fundraising strategies to fuel growth and further the company's fintech and startup ecosystem initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, leading philanthropy and funding campaigns, coordinating annual giving programs, and aligning financial planning with strategic goals. The Fundraising Director will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve and surpass fundraising objectives.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in managing relationships with major donors and cultivating sustainable funding partnerships

Strong communication skills to articulate mission and goals effectively to a broad range of stakeholders

Solid understanding of philanthropy principles and experience in leading successful fundraising campaigns

Experience in managing annual giving initiatives, with a track record of meeting or surpassing funding targets

Strategic planning abilities to align fundraising efforts with organizational growth and development objectives

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration

Knowledge of the GCC markets and prior experience in the fintech or startup ecosystem is highly advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or relevant field; MBA or additional certifications in fundraising preferred↚

• قيادة حملات التمويل والعمل الخيري
• تنسيق برامج التبرعات السنوية
• مواءمة التخطيط المالي مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية
• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لتحقيق أهداف التمويل
• تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف جمع التمويل المحددة

المؤهلات

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة علاقات المانحين وبناء شراكات تمويل مستدامة
• مهارات تواصل قوية مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة
