Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily receipts of finished goods and incoming materials from external sources and update SAP records accurately
• Issue raw materials and consumables to operations team as per agreed schedule
• Monitor daily consumption and report any irregularities
• Track inventory levels and ensure safety stock is maintained (minimum one month for consumables and two months for raw materials including goods in transit)
• Ensure maximum loading efficiency in trailers and containers to improve cost effectiveness
• Monitor scrap removal, disposal, and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Train warehouse staff on SAP transactions and barcode usage for data accuracy
• Support SCM and management with additional tasks to improve operational performance
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and WAM requirements

• متابعة الاستهلاك اليومي والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو فروقات

• تحسين كفاءة تحميل الشاحنات والحاويات لتقليل التكاليف
• متابعة التخلص من المخلفات والحفاظ على نظافة المستودع
• تدريب موظفي المستودع على استخدام SAP والباركود لضمان دقة البيانات
• دعم إدارة سلسلة الإمداد والإدارة في تحسين الأداء التشغيلي
• الالتزام التام بمعايير السلامة ومتطلبات WAM
