Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required for the job:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in software development

Four years of related work experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to understand and communicate business value to their team(s), stakeholders, and customers

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience needed for the job:

Excellent facilitation, accountability, leadership, and organizational skills
