AI/ML Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and process simulations project execution
- Proven project delivery experience in industrial or energy sectors, preferably oil & gas
- Demonstrated knowledge of oil & gas processes (upstream, midstream, downstream), instrumentation, and control systems
- Expertise in developing process dynamic simulations using PFDs and P&IDs and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in handling large-scale data, time-series data, and sensor/IoT data within industrial contexts
- Familiarity with real-time data challenges and solutions specific to high-stakes industrial environments
RTO Engineer
Qualifications And Experience:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Advanced Process Control & Real Time Optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Hands-on experience commissioning APC Controllers in Refining, Petrochemical and Polymer process units
- Hands-on experience in steady state process simulation models in Refining, Petrochemical and Polymer process units
- APC implementation experience in Yokogawa APC software PACE is an advantage
Required Competencies / Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good leadership skills

APC Engineer
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Identify potential areas and benefits for applying Advanced Process Control (APC) for various process units and specify hardware/software architecture for implementation
- Carry out APC & MVC implementations from Control Definition, Functional Design Specifications, Plant Testing, Detailed Engineering, Modeling of Controller and Estimator, Site Integration, SAT, Commissioning, Post Audit, and PGTR
- Coordinate multiple projects and provide technical support for successful completion of large APC & MVC projects
- Provide advisory and maintenance support, including modifications to control strategies to ensure higher APC uptime and provide APC training to plant operators & engineers
Senior AI/ML Engineer
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with domain experts, process engineers, and project managers to translate complex operational challenges into AI-driven solutions
- Present technical outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences, highlighting business value and ROI
