Electrical/ Instrumentation Construction Engineer
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control daily site activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Regularly conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and company standards
- Prepare, update, and maintain redline mark-up drawings to accurately capture all field modifications and deviations from IFC drawings
- Responsible for E&I construction activities at the project site, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Company Standards, Project Specifications, Design drawings & industry standards
Safety Specialist (Bahraini National)
Responsibilities
- Take personal responsibility for performing each job safely for the benefit of self, co-workers, contractors & the protection of facilities and the environment
- Advise proponents on safety compliance on all work activities in accordance with company policies & procedures
- 80% Field based position observing, auditing, mentoring field operatives, construction contractors, subcontractors; 20% Office based formalizing, documenting, communicating and following up on field visits in line with the division processes
- Shift work in line with the E&DD safety team callouts schedule where necessary to provide cover to all activities in field 24/7
Senior Project Engineer - Automation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Control / Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 12–18 years’ experience in automation & control systems, SCADA/RTU/PLC integration, or gas/power dispatching systems
- Proven experience delivering large multi‑vendor, multidiscipline industrial automation projects
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
- Expertise in industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3, MQTT)
- Experience in OT cybersecurity preferred

المسؤوليات:
- مراقبة والتحكم في الأنشطة اليومية بالموقع لضمان الالتزام برسومات التصميم والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة للتحقق من جودة التركيبات وضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة ومعايير الشركة.
- إعداد وتحديث وصيانة رسومات Redline لتوثيق جميع التعديلات والانحرافات عن رسومات IFC بدقة.
- المسؤولية عن أنشطة الإنشاءات الكهربائية والأجهزة بالمشروع، وضمان تنفيذها بأمان وكفاءة وفقًا لمعايير الشركة، مواصفات المشروع، الرسومات التصميمية والمعايير الصناعية.
أخصائي السلامة (للمواطنين البحرينيين)
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحمل المسؤولية الشخصية لأداء كل عمل بأمان لحماية النفس والزملاء والمقاولين والمرافق والبيئة.
- تقديم المشورة للمبادِرين حول الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة في جميع الأنشطة وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- 80% من العمل ميداني لمراقبة، تدقيق، وتوجيه العاملين والمقاولين والمقاولين الفرعيين؛ 20% مكتبي لتوثيق، متابعة، والتواصل حول الزيارات الميدانية وفق العمليات المعتمدة في القسم.
- العمل بنظام الورديات وفق جدول فريق السلامة E&DD لتغطية جميع الأنشطة الميدانية على مدار الساعة عند الحاجة.
مهندس مشروع أول - الأتمتة
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية / التحكم / الأجهزة (يفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة من 12–18 سنة في أنظمة الأتمتة والتحكم، تكامل SCADA/RTU/PLC أو أنظمة إرسال الغاز/الطاقة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ مشاريع أتمتة صناعية كبيرة متعددة البائعين ومتعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات قيادية تقنية قوية وتنسيق أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في بروتوكولات الاتصال الصناعية (Modbus, OPC, DNP3, MQTT).
- خبرة في الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة OT ميزة إضافية.
المهارات الأساسية:
- معرفة بأنظمة إرسال الغاز تحت الضغط العالي في شركات النفط والغاز (إلزامية).
- SCADA والأتمتة الصناعية.
- تكامل الأنظمة والأمن السيبراني.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والبائعين.
