Role & Responsibilities

• Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within the oil and gas (onshore/offshore), refinery, or petrochemical industry.
• Experience in planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, Turnarounds, and shutdowns.
• Extensive experience working with field instruments in hazardous environments (e.g., ATEX/IECEx compliance).
• Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting:
  • Flow meters, pressure transmitters, and temperature sensors
  • Level sensors, control valves, and actuators
  • Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems

المسؤوليات والمؤهلات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في صيانة الأدوات الدقيقة في قطاع النفط والغاز (البر/offshore) أو المصافي أو الصناعة البتروكيميائية.
• خبرة في تخطيط وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية، التنبؤية، التصحيحية، التحويلات، وإيقاف التشغيل.
• خبرة واسعة في العمل مع أجهزة ميدانية في بيئات خطرة (مثل الالتزام بمعايير ATEX/IECEx).
• إجادة صيانة واستكشاف الأعطال في: عدادات التدفق، ناقلات الضغط، حساسات الحرارة، حساسات المستوى، الصمامات وأجهزة التحكم، والمحركات.
• إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة التحكم الموزعة (DCS)، وحدات التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLCs)، وأنظمة المراقبة والتحكم SCADA.
