Senior OutSystems Developer

Job Description:

VAM Systems is seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer for our Bahrain operations. The role requires strong OutSystems, software development, and integration experience.

Experience Requirements:

• 6–8+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3+ years OutSystems experience.
• Experience with .NET or Java.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using OutSystems best practices.
• Build Reactive Web and Mobile applications.
• Implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize SQL queries and database structures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• OutSystems: Reactive Web development, Mobile development, Data modeling, exception handling, responsive and user-friendly UI/UX.
• Database & SQL: Query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, joins.
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs and authentication methods.

Must Have Qualifications:

• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer Certification.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Hands-on Reactive Web development experience.

Nice to Have:

• Professional Developer Certification.
• CI/CD exposure.
• Cloud experience.
