Senior Officer – Grooming

Main Objectives:

Support the implementation and maintenance of grooming and uniform standards across the organization. Assist in overseeing grooming policies, ensuring employee adherence, managing training initiatives, and maintaining a professional image aligned with the company’s brand and service expectations.

Main Duties:

- Support the supervisor in enforcing company grooming policies and guidelines to maintain a professional and consistent corporate image.

- Perform routine checks to ensure employees comply with grooming and uniform standards, maintaining a polished and presentable workforce.

- Assist in organizing and facilitating grooming workshops and refresher courses in collaboration with other departments to enhance employee awareness and adherence.

- Help review and update grooming policies based on industry trends and operational needs, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Address grooming-related concerns from employees by offering guidance and support, ensuring consistency while escalating significant issues to the supervisor when needed.

دعم تنفيذ وصيانة معايير المظهر الشخصي والزي الموحد عبر المنظمة. يشمل ذلك المساعدة في مراقبة سياسات المظهر، وضمان التزام الموظفين بهذه المعايير، وإدارة المبادرات التدريبية، والحفاظ على صورة احترافية تتماشى مع العلامة التجارية للشركة وتوقعات الخدمة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• دعم المشرف في تطبيق سياسات وإرشادات المظهر الشخصي للشركة للحفاظ على صورة مؤسسية احترافية ومتسقة.
