Estimator

About the Job

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. We are specifically looking for professionals who have a deep understanding of high-end finishes, particularly in marble and natural stone, or extensive experience managing specialized fit-out costs within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise cost estimates for large-scale installations and fit-out projects.
• Analyze drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to develop accurate, comprehensive cost estimates and finalized tender submissions.
• Source premium materials and specialized fixtures, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Perform detailed take offs from architectural plans and site measurements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record as an Estimator within the marble/stone industry or the hospitality/interior fit-out sector.

نبحث عن مُقدر تكاليف دقيق ومحلل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. نفضل المتخصصين ذوي الخبرة العميقة في التشطيبات الفاخرة، وخاصة الرخام والحجر الطبيعي، أو الخبرة الواسعة في إدارة تكاليف المشاريع المتخصصة ضمن قطاع الضيافة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد تقديرات دقيقة لتكاليف التركيبات الكبيرة ومشاريع التشطيب
• تحليل الرسومات، جداول الكميات، ومواصفات المشاريع لتطوير تقديرات شاملة ودقيقة وتقديم العطاء النهائي
• تأمين المواد والمستلزمات المتخصصة عالية الجودة مع مراعاة كفاءة التكلفة دون المساس بالجودة
• إجراء حسابات دقيقة من الرسومات المعمارية وقياسات الموقع
• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع الموردين والمقاولين المحليين والدوليين

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة المعمارية، التصميم الداخلي، أو الهندسة المدنية
• خبرة مثبتة كمُقدر تكاليف ضمن صناعة الرخام/الحجر أو قطاع التشطيب الداخلي/الضيافة
