About the Job
Responsible for overall shop management, enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales and profitability targets, and managing staff effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Develop business strategies to increase customer base, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
People Management
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Maintain store staff by orienting and training employees.
- Maintain staff performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining, monitoring, and conducting fair performance appraisals.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maximize talent and performance and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years as a Store Manager handling a large store or department.
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, including retail analysis.
- Problem-solving skills and knowledge of in-store operations.
- Business acumen to drive store performance.

إدارة الفريق

- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات عن طريق تدريب وتحفيز وتوجيه وتقديم الملاحظات لموظفي المبيعات.
- الحفاظ على طاقم العمل في المتجر من خلال التوجيه والتدريب.
- ضمان نتائج عمل الموظفين من خلال التدريب والإرشاد والانضباط، والتخطيط، والمراقبة، وإجراء تقييمات أداء عادلة.
- قيادة وتحفيز وتطوير الفريق لتعظيم المواهب والأداء وتحقيق أهداف العمل.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال / عمليات التجزئة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات كمدير متجر في قسم كبير.
- التركيز على العميل مع موقف إيجابي.
- إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office.
- مهارات رقمية وتحليلية قوية "تحليل التجزئة".
- مهارات حل المشكلات.
- معرفة تشغيلية داخل المتجر.
- فهم أعمال متعمق (Business Acumen).
