Merchandiser – Defacto
Curate the right product mix and set strategic price points aligned with market demand. Monitor and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to ensure profitability. Track performance of Best Sellers to maximize revenue and identify Bad Sellers to minimize loss. Control inventory levels and coordinate efficient stock transfers between stores. Provide insights on sales trends and customer preferences to guide merchandising decisions. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (including VLOOKUP) for data reconciliation and reporting.
Accountant
Maintain F&B inventory detail records. Reconcile monthly F&B inventory reports and cost of sales calculations. Prepare F&B facility financial statements and supporting schedules. Reconcile general ledger account activity, balance A/R and A/P control accounts to detail aging. Assist A/R and A/P clerks with coding of receipts and disbursements into the general ledger. Maintain F&B cash balance records, reconcile cash receipts and disbursements to the general ledger. Account for facility F&B financial transactions and input event journal entries. Perform monthly account analysis on F&B general ledger accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries.
Storekeeper cum Order Picker
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and supplies. Maintain optimal stock levels and update inventory records regularly. Pick, pack, and issue materials as per approved requests, ensuring proper documentation. Organize the warehouse layout to ensure systematic storage and cleanliness. Conduct regular stock counts and report any shortages, discrepancies, or damages. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Basic knowledge of inventory management systems. Ability to perform physical tasks including stock counting and storage. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Can speak, read, and understand English.
Sales Lady- Miniso
