Insurance Specialist – Car Receiver / Service Advisor

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Car Receiver / Service Advisor to join our automotive service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure a smooth, professional vehicle drop-off experience
• Perform initial vehicle inspection and accurately document condition
• Register customer and vehicle details in the system (ERP)
• Coordinate with workshop technicians on service requirements and timelines
• Monitor job progress and proactively update customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive service center
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and electrical systems
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with ERP / workshop management systems
• Professional appearance with a strong customer-service mindset

• مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
• خبرة في نظم ERP / إدارة الورش.
• مظهر احترافي وعقلية خدمة عملاء قوية.
