The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) practice as a Manager where you will have the chance to advise various clients on the regional and international tax implications of their operations in line with the relevant tax codes and jurisdictions. This is an advisory-focused role that specializes in international tax matters such as (but not limited to): permanent establishment, double taxation, cross-border treaties, tax structuring, corporate tax impact assessments, withholding tax, and any other relevant matters.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will spend your time assisting with the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding international tax engagements, ensuring technical and practical excellence to maximize client service quality.

You will also have
- Experience of dealing with multinational clients and ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Strong expertise in tax accounting and reporting, tax provisioning, tax reconciliations, and group consolidation tax workings under IAS 12, ASC 740, or similar standards.
- Experience in end-to-end tax CIT compliance, Pillar Two calculations and reporting, supported by strong proficiency in tax filing software and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, management and leadership skills.
- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
- At least 7 years of valuation work experience with Oil and Gas/Energy clients with a significant part spent working at a Big 4.
- Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, Purchase Price Allocations, and Fair Valuations.
- Financial modeling skills, including building and reviewing models for Energy businesses.
- Proven ability to write and own valuation reports for M&A and Financial Reporting.
Ideally you’ll also
- Have hunger to grow and develop professionally.
- Have valuation experience in a professional services/Big 4 firm and working with large clients.
- Have commercial drive and hunger for business development.
- Made progress towards a CFA, CA, or other professional qualification.

- قدرة مثبتة على إعداد وامتلاك تقارير التقييم الخاصة بعمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ والتقارير المالية.
ويفضل أيضًا:
