Head of BOS Integrated Services Hub 1

About this Opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a Head of Integration Services Hub 1 within Service Line (SL) Business and Operations Systems (BOS). This key leadership role is part of BOS Delivery Excellence, responsible for leading service excellence, focusing on services business pre-sales, and overseeing integrated delivery models including System Integration, Application Development & Maintenance, and IT Managed Services. The role reports to the Head of SL BOS Delivery Excellence for MEMA and is part of the BOS Delivery Excellence Leadership team.

What You Will Do:

• Lead BOS service excellence, managing a team of senior services professionals.
• Accountable for services engagement and pre-sales including target topline and profitability.
• Align with Solution Area on Services GTM and drive services offering, pre-sales, and delivery engagements for EMEA region.
• Secure service delivery readiness through competence planning aligned with business and portfolio evolution.
• Senior People Manager of own unit and leader across matrixed organization extending to solution line professionals in other CU BOS, BOS solution lines, and SD/SDU units.
• Adopt, position, and expand integrated service delivery offerings with focus on customer value, delivery efficiency, and adapting to different commercial models.
• Champion delivery efficiency initiatives in collaboration with program management, CU BOS SL, and SD/SDU.
• Set individual performance and development goals for team members with regular check-ins.
• Responsible for team dimensioning; Cost Center responsible to deliver over-absorption targets and required utilization/billability.
• Drive a knowledge sharing and asset building culture across the community.
• Instill a culture of add-on sales and customer value maximization.

Head of BOS Enterprise Architecture

What You Will Bring:

• 12+ years of experience in telecom industry with leadership in OSS & BSS transformations, focusing on pre-sales and program delivery.
• University degree in ICT/Engineering; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
• Strong people management record, leading senior team members and other leaders.
• Enterprise Architecture & Framework mastery (TOGAF, TMForum: eTOM, ODA, OpenAI, SID, TAM).
• Advanced experience with:
  • Cloud-Native & Platform Architecture
