Position: Field Operator I

About the Job

Responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the plant to support production targets. Perform routine operational tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and procedural standards compliance. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain reliable and trouble-free operations.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor and record equipment operational parameters in the field, reporting abnormalities to Supervisors or CRO.
• Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed by supervisor.
• Support and perform Mechanical and Instrument jobs as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required.
• Regularly check pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities to the CRO.
• Follow established O&M Instructions.
• Follow instructions from the CRO or Supervisors to maintain stable plant operations and support production optimization.

Job Skills, Qualifications and Experiences

• Minimum a Technical degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Industrial Processes, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, information analysis and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to work under deadline commitments and pressure in both individual and team settings without supervision
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), PC skills, and CMMS like SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.

Position: Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Technician

Qualifications

• Minimum Electrical Diploma or engineering certificate and HV certification
• Minimum 7+ years experience in similar work environment. Precommissioning and Commissioning Experience is a must
• Commissioning and O&M of Waukesha, Caterpillar, Frick and Ariel compressors, be ready and willing to learn on new equipment
• Hands-on experience on PCS, ESD, F&G systems, Burner management system, turbotronic systems
• Intermediate knowledge of PC tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to read/understand P&ID and Wiring schematics including single line diagrams
• Able to work under pressure and with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
• Motivated, organized, strong problem-solving skills, positive and respectful

Physical Requirements

Remote site working conditions, hot & humid climate, long working hours, on call after hours. Travel from country to country on short notice.

Position: Mechanical Technician III

Qualifications

• Minimum a technical degree in mechanical or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of reciprocating engines, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment within Oil & Gas industry
• Hands-on knowledge of Caterpillar, Waukesha engines, Ariel, Superior, and Dresser Rand compressors. Familiarity with Solar Mars 100 gas turbines and centrifugal compressors is a plus
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, problem-solving and information analysis interpersonal skills
• Capable of performing all maintenance activities up to the Top-End Overhaul level, including tasks such as replacing main bearings, cylinder liners, and pistons and perform engine-compressor alignment independently
• Strong understanding of Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/and Predictive Maintenance) methodology
• Computer proficiency is mandatory. Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required
