Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers under direct/close supervision for shipment information and incident/complaint management.
- Check that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile and inform about cost/revenue issues.
- Perform administrative shipment-level activities under supervision, including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and local/international transport handling.
- Manage shipments under guidance in line with the customer service commitment.
- Identify, gather and inform about exceptions/operational irregularities.
- Understand, follow, and support improving shipment data quality.
Position: OCC Specialist
Responsibilities
- Execute plans and processes to implement the OFR pricing strategy.
- Respond to pricing enquiries efficiently and competitively.
- Ensure timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.
- Handle RFQ development, provide guidance for high-priority RFQs, and conduct launch calls for critical RFQs.

- Prepare carrier performance reports and reviews.
