PPC Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Modify daily/weekly/monthly production plans and balance with order book changes
• Ensure correct product stocks per min/max holding levels
• Schedule lid and base quantities to match stock levels
• Effectively utilize machines and release manpower schedule as per plan
• Monitor daily targets and liaise with team leaders
• Ensure highest availability of all products to avoid "out of stock" situations
• Plan and execute trial requests for new molds and materials within one week
• Check proper closing of work batch procedures daily, ensuring error-free completion

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials against standard product specifications

• ضمان جدولة كميات الأغطية والقواعد بحيث تكون متوازنة في المخزون دائمًا لتسليم الطلبات فورًا دون تأخير.
• الاستفادة الفعّالة من الآلات وإطلاق جداول العمالة وفق الخطة.
• مراقبة الأهداف اليومية والتواصل مع قادة الفرق لمناقشة مستوى تحقيق الأهداف.
• ضمان الحفاظ على توفر جميع المنتجات وعدم حدوث أي نقص في المخزون، وفي حال حدوثه يكون لأقل وقت ممكن.
• تنفيذ طلبات الاختبارات التجريبية من الشراء/الجودة/مدير المصنع/COO/تطوير المنتج لأي قوالب ومواد جديدة خلال أسبوع.
• التحقق اليومي من إغلاق دفعات العمل بشكل صحيح وضمان إتمامها في الوقت المحدد وخالية من الأخطاء.

• الصيانة الداخلية وإصلاح الماكينات مثل التشكيل الحراري، البثق، الحقن، المكابس، والتعبئة.
• الاهتمام بأعمال السباكة عبر جميع المواقع لضمان حل أي مشكلات بشكل سريع.
• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والصيانة عند الأعطال لجميع اللوحات الكهربائية والمحركات والأجزاء، وتوثيق ذلك في سجل الآلة وقوائم AM/PM.
• التوصية باستبدال الأجزاء الكهربائية/الإلكترونية قبل حدوث الأعطال.
