Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Automation background) to manage the automation-related scope for the GDN Gas Dispatching System project. This role is responsible for overseeing automation, SCADA/RTU/PLC integration, dispatch application modules, field instrumentation, and the establishment of new Dispatch Centres in the GDN.

The Project Engineer will serve as the single point of accountability ensuring smooth coordination across vendors, engineering disciplines, operations, IT/OT security, commercial teams, and EPC partners.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution:

• Lead the full lifecycle: FEED → detailed engineering → procurement → implementation → FAT/SAT → commissioning → handover.
• Deliver all modules including real‑time monitoring, nomination management, demand forecasting, priority‑based allocation, curtailment logic, LNG scheduling, and GIS/pipeline surveillance.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة دورة حياة المشروع كاملة: من FEED → الهندسة التفصيلية → الشراء → التنفيذ → FAT/SAT → التشغيل → التسليم.
• تسليم جميع الوحدات بما في ذلك المراقبة اللحظية، إدارة الترشيح، التنبؤ بالطلب، التخصيص حسب الأولوية، منطق التقليل، جدولة LNG، ومراقبة GIS/خطوط الأنابيب.
• الإشراف على الأتمتة، تكامل SCADA/RTU/PLC، وحدات تطبيق الإرسال، وأجهزة القياس الميدانية.
