Operator - Process
Key Result Areas
- Ensure compliance with project safety regulations to maintain an accident-free environment
- Support Construction Engineer in updating pre-commissioning schedules and driving completion priorities
- Attend MEI/PSSR walk-downs, inspections, and manage punch-list items
- Mobilize resources (personnel, equipment, consumables) for timely execution of pre-commissioning activities
- Manage commissioning activities and supervise subcontractors
- Ensure safe execution through work permit procedures
- Liaise with field operations during start-up phase
- Prepare and review commissioning dossiers and check sheets

Civil/Structural Engineer
Education and Experience
- Experience in single and multi-discipline projects within Engineering/EPCM/EPC organizations, preferably in Oil & Gas, Industrial, Infrastructure, or related sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of Civil and Structural engineering principles, analysis, and design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (BEng / MEng) or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Preparation of civil and structural engineering deliverables including specifications, scopes of work, design calculations, drawings, and schedules
- Working knowledge of applicable international design codes and industry standards
- Proficiency in C&S design software including AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, STAAD Pro, Ram Connections, RCDC, Prokon, Advanced Staad Foundation, Tedds, and Microsoft Office
Project Manager - LNG Import Terminal (FEED Phase)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all FEED-phase activities from planning through execution, monitoring, and close-out
- Ensure delivery against project objectives including schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety
- Lead preparation for internal and external stage-gate reviews, ensuring compliance with Company project governance standards
- Develop detailed project schedules including milestones, deliverables, and critical-path activities
- Track progress and update schedules regularly; proactively manage deviations and changes
- Coordinate and guide engineering teams across all disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, marine, civil, HSE, etc.)
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer
Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Supervise all E&I construction activities at the project site, ensuring safe and efficient execution according to Company Standards, Project Specifications, Design drawings & industry standards
- Prepare and verify redline mark-up drawings reflecting actual site modifications
- Review issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings and identify design inconsistencies or constructability issues
- Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and design teams to review mark-ups and incorporate them into final as-built drawings
Resident Engineer
Education and Experience
- Experience as Resident Engineer (Civil/Structural) in single and multi-discipline projects within Engineering/EPCM/EPC companies
- Good knowledge of Civil and Structural engineering and design
- MEng / BEng / HNC / HND in Civil and Structural Engineering
- Proficient with main C&S design packages including AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, STAAD Pro, Tedds, and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of dependencies between engineering activities across mechanical and other disciplines
- Project management and business skills, Quality standards
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the related field
Project Manager (Civil)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Civil projects within multi-discipline engineering, EPCM, or EPC
- Manage projects across the full lifecycle from concept to commissioning, including green and brownfield applications
- Complete Civil and Structural Engineering and Design as set out in Project Scope
- Deliver Civil and Structural design within budget and planning, including change control and consistency with Process design
- Ensure quality of Civil and Structural Engineering
- Participate in internal and external design reviews and handle a portfolio of projects

- درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو مؤهل مكافئ (HNC/HND).
- خبرة في إعداد مستندات الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية بما في ذلك المواصفات، نطاق العمل، الحسابات، الرسومات والجداول.

- معرفة قوية بالهندسة المدنية والإنشائية والتصميم.
- درجة ماجستير أو بكالوريوس أو مؤهل HNC/HND في الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية.
