Logistics Officer
Job Purpose:
- Plan, schedule and organise lifting nominations and comply with other international sales contracts, supply, and logistics-related obligations.
- Coordinate with internal parties including Refinery Operation Planning, Value Chain Optimization, Commercial Sales & Trading, Wharf Operations.
- Coordinate with external customers, Aramco OSPAS, Inspectors, Government Officials & agents to ensure smooth pre, during & post shipment logistical arrangements.
Key Result Areas:
- Coordinate with Oil Supply Planning & Scheduling of Aramco (OSPAS) on all activities related to scheduling & lifting of Abu Safah crude including vessel acceptance details, lifting program, field maintenance schedule, etc.
- Negotiate lifting dates, organize and schedule ships for lifting products from loading terminals (Sitra or Ras Tanura), and obtain port captain's approval on nominated vessels.
Engineer
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- BSc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in engineering design together with experience in construction and redevelopment
- Knowledge of petroleum distribution and retailing business including service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities
- Ability to integrate legal/regulatory, financial, engineering, marketing, sales, and various technical/commercial aspects of petroleum distribution and retailing operations
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, designs, materials, and equipment of service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities
- Good analytical skills and computer literacy
- Good knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD
Head - Application Operations & Support
Responsibilities / Key Result Areas:
- Application Support Management: Oversee L2/L3 support activities for all business applications, ensuring timely incident resolution, service requests handling, and application availability
- Incident & Problem Management: Lead the triage, resolution, root cause analysis, and documentation of application incidents and recurring problems
- Change and Release Support: Execute production changes in line with ITIL controls, minimizing risk and ensuring change traceability and rollback plans
- Knowledge Management: Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base entries for supported systems
Instructor Operations
Key Result Areas (All Roles):
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develop appropriate training programs including externally accredited Diploma & Certificate courses

- يفضل أن يكون معتمد كمقيّم/مراجع داخلي لتقييم الكفاءات.
- يجب أن يكون مدربًا فنيًا قادرًا على تقديم وحدات تعليمية عامة للهندسة والعمليات في المنشآت.
- خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز، ويفضل في تكرير النفط.
- خبرة واسعة في وحدات العمليات المختلفة بالمصافي مثل المحطات الكهربائية الفرعية، المحركات عالية الجهد، محولات التردد (VSD)، المولدات الكهربائية، UPS والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
