Reporting to Head of Functional & Knowledge Management, the position of Instructional Designer is held accountable to develop training material and solutions for business utilizing the latest XR instructional design methodologies supporting adult-based learning.
Key Result Areas (All Roles)
- The XR Instructional Designer is responsible for creating immersive learning experiences using Extended Reality (XR) technologies, including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR)
- Held responsible for designing instructional methods in compliance with the learning methodology, desired learning outcomes and the content input by SMEs
- Ensure that the appropriate tools and practices are implemented to build engagement and continuous improvement

Job Description
- Prepares tug towing equipment for berthing, unberthing, and towing operations, ready for ships to complete towing operations in a timely manner
- Stands watch at the tug's bow/stern and monitors condition of towing arrangement during berthing/unberthing and advises Tug Captain of impending hazards to ensure smooth operations
- Carry out daily maintenance of Marine Craft including handling/splicing all types of mooring ropes and maintain them to prevent accidents
- Operates oil spill combating equipment onboard Marine Craft such as pumps, spray arms, and deploys oil spill booms to effectively control the spill and prevent pollution
Operator A Bunker Barge
Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate
- Total 4 years' experience, of which 1 year as Coxswain and 3 years as crewman on bunker barges
- Must know how to read thermometers and ullage tapes
- Must know the barge specification and capabilities i.e., length overall, draft, beam, cargo capacity

المؤهلات:
- شهادة الثانوية العامة.
- خبرة إجمالية 4 سنوات، منها سنة كقائد بارجة و3 سنوات كعضو طاقم على بارجات الوقود.
- معرفة قراءة مقاييس الحرارة وأشرطة القياس.
- معرفة مواصفات البارجة وقدراتها (الطول الكلي، الغاطس، العرض، سعة الحمولة).
ضابط لوجستي
المهارات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات (ضابط لوجستي) / 15 سنة (ضابط لوجستي أول) في عمليات الشحن، اللوجستيات، العمليات البحرية، ومعالجة المستندات البحرية خاصة في صناعة البترول.
- معرفة بعمليات التكرير، عمليات المحطات، الاتجاهات الحالية في البترول، قوانين الشحن والبحرية، عمليات ناقلات النفط ومواصفات المنتجات البترولية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب ومعرفة تطبيقات الأعمال.
- القدرة على التعامل مع العملاء من خلفيات متنوعة.
