Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Manama. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and employer branding. The role also involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job postings, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع لأخصائي استقطاب المواهب، وتقع في المنامة. سيكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة دورة التوظيف بالكامل، بما في ذلك البحث عن المرشحين، إجراء المقابلات، التوظيف، وبناء صورة الشركة كجهة عمل. كما يتضمن الدور التنسيق مع مديري التوظيف لفهم احتياجات التوظيف، إنشاء إعلانات الوظائف، والحفاظ على تجربة إيجابية للمرشحين طوال عملية التوظيف.

المؤهلات المطلوبة للمرشح:

• خبرة في إدارة دورة التوظيف الكاملة (Full-life Cycle Recruiting)
