Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil maintenance and small construction projects.

- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.

- Prepare technical proposals, system architecture, block diagrams, compliance documents, BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical clarifications.
- Handle RFIs, RFPs, and tender technical submissions.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors for product selection and technical support.
- Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to project delivery teams.
Testing & Commissioning Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications, drawings, and equipment submittals to prepare detailed T&C plans.
- Ensure HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, pumps, cooling towers, ducting, piping) is installed per approved drawings and standards.
- Verify availability of calibrated instruments, tools, and test kits.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for readiness checks before commissioning.
- Perform functional checks, start-up, balancing, and performance tests for HVAC equipment and systems.
- Carry out air balancing, water balancing, and system fine-tuning to meet design requirements.
- Ensure safety checks and compliance during all T&C activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for resolution.
Sales Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, education, hospitality, retail, government, and large venue sectors.
- Meet clients, consultants, contractors, and end users to understand project requirements.
- Promote and sell Professional AV solutions including audio systems, projection systems, LED video walls, unified communications, and control systems.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic technical submissions in coordination with pre-sales team.
