Professional Training Required:
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
- Other Reporting Tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy
Professional Certifications Required:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate OR equivalent
Experience Required:
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI, SSRS, T-SQL)
- 3+ years experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
- 3+ years experience connecting to data sources, writing queries, importing and transforming data for Business Intelligence
- Profound understanding of Banking and Financial products, related data, and regulatory reporting requirements (3+ years)
IT Compliance & Risk
Key Accountabilities:
- Support establishment and maturation of IT risk management process across IT disciplines.
- Support development of technology risk framework, policies, standards, and risk taxonomy.
- Support implementation and adherence to risk framework in collaboration with business-aligned risk partners.
- Evaluate and identify technology risks, including emerging trends affecting risk profile.
- Support IT Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA), define controls, residual risk, and treatment plans.
- Maintain consolidated enterprise-level technology risk list and ensure continuous monitoring with mitigation plans.
- Implement risk assessments enterprise-wide and build overall technology risk profile.
- Provide credible challenge based on risk assessment results to ensure risks are mitigated.
- Collaborate with division risk officers and SMEs to ensure practical and effective policies and standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Professional Certifications: COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, ISACA
Experience: 6–8 years
Skills:
- 3–5 years experience in IT risk and compliance roles
- Solid understanding of IT governance, information security policies, standards, and best practices
- Experience in technology and operational risk frameworks
- Practical experience in scoping, conducting risk assessments, and documenting results
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent documentation and communication skills across functional areas
