Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in responding to requests for publicly disclosed information

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or relevant field

• AML certifications (CAMS, ICA, or equivalent)

• 3–5 years AML/CTF experience in regulated financial institutions, fintech, or Islamic financial services

• Familiarity with CBB regulations, including Financial Crime (FC) Module

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of CBB laws, rules, and regulations

• Understanding financial services risks and mitigation

• Self-starter with ability to define compliance objectives

برنامج ZAIN2085 - GROW

عن البرنامج:
تؤمن زين البحرين بخلق فرص ملموسة تدعم القدرات والثقة وتطوير المسار المهني. كجزء من استراتيجية WE ABLE لإدماج ذوي الإعاقة، نطلق برنامج GROW لتوظيف وتطوير الطلاب والخريجين الجدد من ذوي الإعاقة، وتوفير الدعم والبيئة المناسبة للنجاح.
يشمل البرنامج عقداً مدته ثلاث سنوات ضمن Zain Youth، ويهدف لبناء الثقة المهنية، والجاهزية للعمل، وتطوير المهارات الأساسية من خلال التعلم والمشاركة العملية.
يتم تشجيع المشاركين المؤهلين على التقدم إلى وظائف مستقبلية تتماشى مع احتياجات الشركة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

برنامج ZAIN2162 - متدرب علاقات إعلامية ومستثمرين (Generation Z)

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• المساعدة في الاستجابة لطلبات المعلومات المنشورة حول نتائج العمليات والتحديثات والاستراتيجية المؤسسية.
• دعم التخطيط وتنسيق المؤتمرات والعروض السنوية وخطة الإعلام.
• المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ الاجتماع السنوي العام (AGM) وغيره من الفعاليات المتعلقة بالمساهمين.
• دعم تنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصال والإعلام المعتمدة.

• تعزيز مكانة Bede كخيار مفضل للتمويل والدفع لدى التجار ومزودي الخدمات.
• توسيع تغطية التجار لضمان تقديم عروض متنوعة وتنافسية ضمن كل قطاع.
• دعم تطوير وتوسيع القطاعات التمويلية الجديدة وفقاً لخارطة الطريق الاستراتيجية لـ Bede.
• ضمان وجود عدد كافٍ وتنوع من التجار ومزودي الخدمات النشطين ضمن كل قطاع.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
• خبرة من 3–5 سنوات في مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب ضمن مؤسسة مالية منظمة، أو شركة خدمات مالية إسلامية، مع معرفة بلوائح مصرف البحرين المركزي (CBB) بما في ذلك وحدة الجرائم المالية (FC Module).
• درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• شهادة AML معتمدة (CAMS، ICA أو ما يعادلها).
• معرفة محدثة بجميع قوانين ولوائح CBB.
