Electrical Fitter
Skills / Role Responsibilities:
- Repair LV & HV electrical rotating machinery
- Assemble and disassemble electrical rotating equipment
- Conduct static and dynamic tests on electrical equipment
- Rewind electric motors and generators (desirable)
- Perform balancing on motors (desirable)
- Perform EX (explosive atmosphere) works (desirable)
- Order goods when required
- Follow supervisor directions to ensure day-to-day section runs effectively
- Attend onsite to conduct repair of electrical rotating equipment
- Perform housekeeping duties as required
- National and international travel when required, sometimes at short notice
Education Requirements:
- CERT III in Electrotechnology or above / equivalent
- State-issued Electrical License/permit
Key Skills / Experience / Role Requirements:
- Experience in repair and rewind of DC motors, medium to high voltage electrical motors and generators
- Attention to detail

Mechanical Fitter
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (eye and foot protection)
- Disassemble mechanical equipment noting parts identification, configuration, and condition aligned with QA procedures
- Balance mechanical assemblies using dynamic balancing equipment
- Carry out mechanical repairs to shafts, journals, and housings as required
- Read job cards to determine job status, work authorizations, estimates, and problem descriptions
- Measure or note proper replacement parts and requisition needed items from stores/purchasing, as approved by Supervisor
- Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical assemblies including shafts, gears, seals, impellers, mechanical switches, fans, and bearing fits
- Lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects to perform work duties
- Clean mechanical equipment assemblies as needed using various methods, including parts, washers, steamers, caustic tanks, grit blasters
- Commit to operating in alignment with company values, safety, and quality procedures/policies
Field Service Technician
About the Role:
- Liaise and support customers with onsite repairs and service
- Supervise field services personnel to ensure safe and efficient day-to-day operations
- Dismantle, inspect, machine, repair, and rebuild Sulzer and non-Sulzer rotating equipment
- Conduct field service repairs and overhauls in workshop and client locations
- Supervise subcontractors as required
- Compile job reports and represent Sulzer in all aspects of rotating equipment services
- Assist in production and maintenance of OSH, Quality, and Environment policies and procedures
- Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO accreditation
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Balance rotating equipment and align pumps, motors, etc.
- Perform machining of components

المؤهلات:

- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة واستخدام معدات الحماية المناسبة.
- فك المعدات الميكانيكية مع تسجيل تعريف الأجزاء وحالتها وفق إجراءات ضمان الجودة.
- توازن التجميعات الميكانيكية باستخدام معدات التوازن الديناميكية.
- إجراء إصلاحات ميكانيكية للأعمدة والمحامل والأجزاء حسب الحاجة.
- قراءة بطاقات العمل لتحديد حالة المهمة، وتفويضات العمل، والوصف، والمشاكل المتوقعة.
- قياس أو ملاحظة قطع الغيار المطلوبة وطلبها من المخازن بعد موافقة المشرف.
- استبدال أو إصلاح التجميعات الميكانيكية التالفة مثل: الأعمدة، التروس، الأختام، المراوح، محامل الأجهزة.
- رفع، شد، ضبط، أو تأمين الأجسام الثقيلة لأداء مهام العمل.
- تنظيف التجميعات الميكانيكية حسب الحاجة باستخدام طرق متعددة.
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة المتعلقة بالقيم، السلامة والجودة.
فني خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Technician)
الوصف الوظيفي:
- العمل ميدانيًا لدعم العملاء وإجراء الإصلاحات في الموقع.
- الإشراف على موظفي الخدمات الميدانية لضمان سير العمل اليومي بأمان وكفاءة.
- تفكيك، فحص، تشغيل آلات، إصلاح وإعادة بناء المعدات الدوارة من Sulzer وغير Sulzer.
- إجراء إصلاحات ميدانية أو صيانة في الورش ومواقع العملاء.
- الإشراف على المقاولين من الباطن عند الحاجة.
- التواصل مع العملاء وإعداد تقارير العمل وتمثيل الشركة في كافة خدمات المعدات الدوارة.
- المساعدة في إنتاج وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة.
- تطبيق وصيانة اعتماديات ISO.
- تفسير الرسومات الهندسية.
- توازن المعدات الدوارة ومحاذاة المضخات والمحركات.
- تشغيل وتصنيع المكونات حسب الحاجة.
