DOL TAP Facilitator (Part-time) – Bahrain
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 3 years of experience as a professional trainer, facilitator, or classroom instructor, OR an Associate’s degree.
- Experience as a classroom instructor with groups of up to 50 participants.
- Knowledge of private and public sector employment processes.
- Familiarity with workplace requirements and job entry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Effective communication skills with Military clients and Government representatives.
- Comfortable instructing and engaging with diverse groups.
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
- Excellent time management and independent work skills.
- Ability to respond to emergent facilitation assignments.
- Meets country-specific employment requirements.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
