Catalyst Operator

Location: Sitra

Job Description:
The Catalyst Operator is responsible for the safe handling, loading, unloading, and maintenance of catalysts in plant operations. This role ensures proper transfer of catalysts, record-keeping, and adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload catalyst into trucks and railcars

• Pump catalyst through hoses to storage vessels

• Record scale tickets for weighted trucks

• Perform minor mechanical repairs on railcars and dump trucks

• Move railcars using a ground-based railcar tugger

• Drive empty bobtail dump trucks within the plant area

• Scrape, clean, and maintain catalyst totes

• Keep the work area organized and clean

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL

• 1–2 years of driving experience

• Basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Forklift and plant/refinery experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb up and down ladders

• Ability to climb at least 2 flights of stairs regularly

• Ability to lift and push up to 60 pounds

مشغل محفزات (Catalyst Operator)

الوصف الوظيفي:
يتولى مشغل المحفزات مسؤولية التعامل الآمن مع المحفزات، وتحميلها وتفريغها، وصيانتها ضمن العمليات التشغيلية في المصنع. يضمن هذا الدور النقل السليم للمحفزات، وحفظ السجلات، والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.

المهام الوظيفية:

• تحميل وتفريغ المحفزات في الشاحنات وعربات السكك الحديدية

• ضخ المحفزات عبر الخراطيم إلى أوعية التخزين

• تسجيل تذاكر الوزن للشاحنات

• إجراء صيانة ميكانيكية بسيطة لعربات السكك الحديدية والشاحنات

• تحريك عربات السكك الحديدية باستخدام جهاز سحب أرضي

• قيادة شاحنات التفريغ الفارغة داخل منطقة المصنع

• تنظيف وكشط وصيانة حاويات المحفزات

• الحفاظ على ترتيب ونظافة منطقة العمل

• القيام بمهام أخرى حسب تكليف المشرف أو المدير

المتطلبات:

• رخصة قيادة CDL من الفئة A أو B سارية

• خبرة قيادة من سنة إلى سنتين

• مهارات رياضية أساسية (الجمع، الطرح، الضرب، القسمة)

• يفضل وجود خبرة في الرافعات والمصانع أو المصفاة

المتطلبات البدنية:

• القدرة على الصعود والنزول على السلالم

• القدرة على صعود ما لا يقل عن درجتين بانتظام

• القدرة على رفع ودفع أوزان تصل إلى 60 رطلاً
