Real Estate Asset / Portfolio Manager | International Investor | Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational and financial performance of a diversified real estate portfolio across Bahrain and the wider MENA region
- Coordinate with property managers and service providers to ensure high standards of operations and tenant satisfaction
- Manage leasing activity, rent collection, and tenant relationships in line with local regulations
- Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting at asset and portfolio level
- Review valuations, monitor key metrics, and support governance and audit processes
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, operators, and advisors
- Identify value creation opportunities, including repositioning, capital expenditure, and leasing strategies
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in the GCC real estate market in asset/portfolio management, transactions, or professional services
- Track record across multiple real estate asset classes
- Strong financial modeling and accounting knowledge
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, with strong English communication skills
- Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded approach

- الإشراف على الأداء التشغيلي والمالي لمحفظة عقارية متنوعة في البحرين ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
- التنسيق مع مديري العقارات ومزودي الخدمات لضمان مستوى عالٍ من العمليات ورضا المستأجرين.
- إدارة النشاط التأجيري، تحصيل الإيجارات، والعلاقات مع المستأجرين وفقًا للوائح المحلية.
- تطوير النماذج المالية، الميزانيات، التوقعات، وتقارير الأداء على مستوى الأصول والمحفظة.
- مراجعة التقييمات، متابعة المؤشرات الرئيسية، ودعم الحوكمة وعمليات التدقيق.
- إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين والمشغلين والمستشارين.
- تحديد فرص خلق القيمة، بما في ذلك إعادة التموقع، النفقات الرأسمالية، واستراتيجيات التأجير.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- خبرة في سوق العقارات في دول الخليج في إدارة الأصول أو المحافظ، المعاملات، أو الخدمات المهنية.
- سجل حافل عبر فئات متعددة من الأصول العقارية.
- معرفة قوية بالنمذجة المالية والمحاسبة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية ضرورية، مع مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
