Operations Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the deployment of vehicles and labour continuously
- Coordination with clients on a regular basis
- Maintaining daily reports
- Supervision of overall operational functions
- Obtaining gate passes & permits
- Complete a job assessment prior to commencement of work & monitoring scheduled progress
- Reporting structure to management
- Check the status of maintenance and repair work on vehicles
- Coordinate incoming work with the existing workload
- Answer all calls and respond to complaints from the drivers
- Responsible for overall supervision of operational functions on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for job analysis and preparing completion report
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining day-to-day operational reports
- Responsible for coordinating with the workshop supervisor for vehicle breakdowns
- Responsible for daily deployment of vehicles and coordination with drivers and labor for day-to-day operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Substantial work experience in waste management in the GCC or previously in GCC
- Valid Driving License
- Degree holder
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Office
- Young, energetic, able to converse and write English/Hindi fluently
- Able to work under pressure and respond to emergencies as required
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates
- Strong-willed and confident in demeanor
- Strong communication and commanding skills

- تنسيق نشر المركبات والعمال بشكل مستمر.
- التنسيق مع العملاء بشكل دوري.
- الحفاظ على تقارير يومية.
- الإشراف على جميع الوظائف التشغيلية.
- الحصول على تصاريح الدخول والموافقات اللازمة.
- إجراء تقييم للعمل قبل البدء ومتابعة تقدم العمل حسب الجدول.
- رفع التقارير للإدارة.
- مراجعة حالة الصيانة وإصلاح المركبات.
- تنسيق الأعمال الجديدة مع الحمل الحالي للعمل.
- الرد على جميع المكالمات والشكاوى من السائقين.
- الإشراف اليومي على جميع الوظائف التشغيلية.
- إجراء تحليل للوظائف وإعداد تقارير الإنجاز.
- إعداد وصيانة التقارير التشغيلية اليومية.
- التنسيق مع مشرف الورشة عند أعطال المركبات.
- النشر اليومي للمركبات والتنسيق مع السائقين والعمال للعمليات اليومية.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة كبيرة في إدارة النفايات في دول الخليج أو خبرة سابقة هناك.
- رخصة قيادة سارية.
- حاصل على درجة جامعية.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وجميع برامج MS Office.
- شبابي ونشيط، وقادر على التحدث والكتابة بالإنجليزية أو الهندية بطلاقة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة للطوارئ عند الحاجة.
- القدرة على إقامة والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع الزملاء.
- قوي الشخصية واثق في سلوكه.
- مهارات اتصال قوية وقدرة على القيادة والتوجيه.
