Assistant Supervisor – Merchandising (Bahrain)
Location: Southern Governorate, Riffa, Bahrain (Full-time, on-site)
Job Purpose:
To support and lead merchandising activities at the store level while ensuring excellence in execution and teamwork. This role is designed to achieve sales objectives by creating an inspiring team environment, maintaining open communication, and focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Support and monitor field team attendance and ensure compliance with daily route plans.
Ensure merchandising standards are followed, including product rotation, cleaning, replenishment, planogram compliance, pricing, and handling damaged or expired items.
Assist in achieving 90%+ compliance in surprise audits and store execution standards.
Prepare, validate, and submit accurate reports on time.
Proactively identify issues, escalate them, and follow up on solutions to ensure smooth store operations.
Build strong relationships with retailers (Section Managers & Store Managers) and collaborate closely with the Sales Team.
Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and compliance requirements.
Motivate team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Bahraini nationality.
Experience in merchandising or retail operations.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Team player with leadership potential.

هدف الوظيفة:
دعم وقيادة أنشطة التجهيزات التجارية على مستوى المتجر مع ضمان التميز في التنفيذ والعمل الجماعي. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال خلق بيئة فريق ملهمة، والحفاظ على التواصل المفتوح، والتركيز على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
دعم ومتابعة حضور فريق الميدان وضمان الالتزام بخطط المسار اليومية.
التأكد من اتباع معايير التجهيزات التجارية، بما في ذلك تدوير المنتجات، التنظيف، إعادة التزويد، الالتزام بالبلانوجرام، التسعير، ومعالجة المنتجات التالفة أو المنتهية الصلاحية.
المساعدة في تحقيق التزام بنسبة 90٪ أو أكثر في التدقيقات المفاجئة ومعايير تنفيذ المتاجر.
إعداد وتدقيق وتقديم تقارير دقيقة في الوقت المحدد.
تحديد المشكلات بشكل استباقي، تصعيدها، ومتابعة الحلول لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
بناء علاقات قوية مع تجار التجزئة (مديري الأقسام ومديري المتاجر) والتعاون عن كثب مع فريق المبيعات.
ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وأنظمة الشركة ومتطلبات الامتثال.
تحفيز أعضاء الفريق والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
متطلبات المرشح:
الجنسية بحرينية.
خبرة في التجهيزات التجارية أو عمليات البيع بالتجزئة.
مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة الوقت.
