Maintenance Technician
Service Operations
- Accountable for end-users and site safety
- Responsible for safe working practices according to maintenance and safety instructions
- Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, service repairs) respecting schedule, quality standards, time allocation, and processes
- Raise sales to lead to supervisor and provide exact, timely back reporting
- Submit timesheets based on execution
- Maintain service tooling, van, instruments, and equipment in safe and good condition
- Provide regular updates to supervisor on all relevant information
Requirements
- ITI/Vocational Certificate course / Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic IT and digital foundation skills preferred
- Minimum 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputed elevator company
- Valid GCC driving license is an advantage

- المسؤولية عن المستخدم النهائي وسلامة الموقع.
- الالتزام بممارسات العمل الآمنة وتنفيذ العمليات وفق تعليمات الصيانة والسلامة.
- تنفيذ زيارات الخدمة (الصيانة المخططة، الطوارئ، وإصلاحات الخدمة) وفق الجدول والمعايير المحددة.
- رفع المبيعات ومتابعتها مع المشرف.
- تقديم تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب عن الأعمال المنجزة.
- تقديم جداول العمل (Timesheets) وفق التنفيذ.
- الحفاظ على أدوات الخدمة والمركبة والأجهزة بحالة جيدة وآمنة.
- تحديث المشرف بالمعلومات ذات الصلة بانتظام.
المتطلبات:
- شهادة ITI/دبلوم هندسي في الكهرباء/الإلكترونيات/الأتمتة أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية شفهياً وكتابياً.
- المهارات الأساسية في الحاسوب ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة العملية 5 سنوات على الأقل في الصيانة الوقائية واستكشاف الأعطال في شركات مصاعد معروفة.
- رخصة قيادة صالحة لدول الخليج ميزة إضافية.
