Job Description:
Jumami is seeking a professional Car Receiver / Service Advisor to manage vehicle intake and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with the workshop team, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining detailed records.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers upon vehicle drop-off and ensure a professional reception experience.
Conduct an initial inspection and record vehicle condition before service.
Accurately register customer and vehicle information in the system.
Coordinate with the workshop team regarding service requirements and delivery schedule.
Monitor the progress of vehicles and update customers upon completion.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive service center.
Basic knowledge of car mechanics and electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proficient in using booking or maintenance management systems (ERP or similar).
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience (BD 150 – BD 200 per month).

تبحث Jumami عن موظف استقبال سيارات / مستشار خدمات محترف لإدارة استلام المركبات وضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة. تشمل الوظيفة التنسيق مع فريق الورشة، فحص المركبات، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
استقبال العملاء عند تسليم السيارة وضمان تجربة استقبال احترافية.
إجراء فحص أولي وتسجيل حالة السيارة قبل الخدمة.
تسجيل معلومات العملاء والمركبات بدقة في النظام.
التنسيق مع فريق الورشة بشأن متطلبات الخدمة وجدول التسليم.
متابعة تقدم المركبات وتحديث العملاء عند الانتهاء.
الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء وجودة الخدمة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مركز خدمة سيارات.
معرفة أساسية بميكانيكا السيارات والأنظمة الكهربائية.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
إجادة استخدام أنظمة حجز أو إدارة الصيانة (ERP أو ما يشابهها).
مظهر احترافي واهتمام بتقديم خدمة مميزة للعملاء.

راتب تنافسي حسب الخبرة (150 – 200 دينار بحريني شهريًا).
