Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or a relevant field
- 8–10 years of experience and/or a combination of experience and education
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated communication strategies
- Deep understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications

About the job:
- Execute service requests including physical inspections of service points, vehicle servicing, and steam cleaning
- Handle minor repairs such as tyre removal, alignment, and wheel balancing
- Conduct acid stripping of wheels and metal surfaces
- Identify and report additional repairs, ensuring customer requirements are fully met
- Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment provided
- Complete all maintenance and repair work promptly, achieve productivity targets, and adhere to quality standards, processes, and safety protocols
- Additional job-related duties may be assigned as required
Qualifications:

عن الوظيفة:
