Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and process employee attendance and overtime records. Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits accurately. Ensure timely salary disbursement in line with company schedules.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain payroll records in compliance with Bahrain labor law and company policies. Prepare reports for statutory requirements (e.g., social insurance, tax filings). Support audits and provide payroll-related documentation when required.
