Factory Floor Assistant

Job Description:
The Factory Floor Assistant supports the production team in daily manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflow, proper material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist goldsmiths, polishers, setters, and production staff
Prepare workstations, tools, and materials before each shift
Support movement of materials and semi-finished/finished goods between departments
Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of factory floor and work areas
Store materials following security procedures
Support stock verification, inventory checks, loading/unloading of supplies
Assist supervisors during audits, inspections, and production planning
Perform additional duties assigned by Production Supervisor/Manager

دعم فريق الإنتاج في العمليات اليومية، ضمان سير العمل بسلاسة، التعامل السليم مع المواد، والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ومنظمة.
المهام الرئيسية:
مساعدة الحرفيين والصاغة وموظفي الإنتاج
تجهيز محطات العمل والأدوات والمواد قبل كل وردية
دعم حركة المواد والبضائع بين الأقسام
المساعدة في التعبئة، وضع العلامات، والتحضير للشحن
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم أرضية المصنع ومناطق العمل
تخزين المواد وفق إجراءات الأمان
دعم التحقق من المخزون والجرد وتحميل وتفريغ الإمدادات
مساعدة المشرفين أثناء التدقيق والتفتيش والتخطيط للإنتاج
أداء مهام إضافية حسب تعليمات المشرف/المدير
المهارات والكفاءات:
معرفة أساسية ببيئة المصنع/الإنتاج
مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت
دقة وملاحظة للتفاصيل
