Job Description:
The Senior Accountant will oversee all accounting operations across the group’s divisions. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with standards, and effective financial control. The candidate will also support budgeting, forecasting, and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across all business divisions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.
Manage general ledger entries, journal postings, and account reconciliations.
Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow activities.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support management with financial reports and decision-making insights.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role (minimum 7 years).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple entities or business divisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.

الوصف الوظيفي:
يقوم كبير المحاسبين بالإشراف على جميع عمليات المحاسبة في جميع أقسام المجموعة، وضمان إعداد التقارير المالية بدقة والالتزام بالمعايير والسيطرة المالية الفعالة. كما يدعم المرشح عمليات الميزانية والتنبؤ المالي واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.
المهام الرئيسية:
الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية في جميع أقسام الشركة.
إعداد ومراجعة البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية وسياسات الشركة واللوائح المحلية.
إدارة قيود دفتر الأستاذ العام، وتسويات الحسابات، وإدخالات اليومية.
الإشراف على الحسابات المستحقة القبض والمدفوعات والنقدية.
التنسيق مع المدققين أثناء المراجعات الداخلية والخارجية.
المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ والتحليل المالي.
دعم الإدارة من خلال إعداد التقارير المالية وتقديم الرؤى لاتخاذ القرار.
ضمان إغلاق الحسابات الشهري والسنوي في الوقت المناسب.
المتطلبات:
خبرة مثبتة في دور كبير المحاسبين أو ما يعادله (7 سنوات على الأقل).
معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية وإعداد التقارير المالية.
إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة ومايكروسوفت إكسل.
دقة عالية ومهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية.
القدرة على إدارة عدة كيان أو أقسام تجارية.
مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي ممتازة.
يُفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
