Staff Nurse (Critical Care) – Neuro ICU (Relocation Required)

Location: Capital Governorate, Bahrain (Full-time, relocation required)

Overview:
CCAD is actively seeking experienced Neuro ICU Nurses. Candidates with strong neurosurgical ICU experience are encouraged to apply. This role involves providing specialized and general nursing care, applying evidence-based practices, and addressing the behavioral, developmental, and psychosocial needs of patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Perform accurate and complete admission assessments.

• Monitor and document patients’ conditions and the effectiveness of interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing protocols.

• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, procedures, medications, injury prevention, and nutrition.

• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical standards.

• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Clinical / Professional Knowledge:

• Apply knowledge of nursing and interdisciplinary roles to meet patient needs.

• Deliver evidence-based care and evaluate outcomes.

• Delegate components of nursing care appropriately.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.

• Respect patient rights and adhere to safety and Magnet principles.

Professionalism:

• Lead care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Ability to lift and assist patients up to 50 lbs.

• Exposure to body fluids and infectious diseases.

• Work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.

• Minimum 3-year curriculum in Nursing from an accredited program.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in acute care (requirement waived for UAE graduates after approved internship).

• Valid national nursing license.

• BLS required (must be obtained within 3 months if not already certified).

• ACLS and PALS relevant to specialty (must be obtained within 6 months if not already certified).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records preferred.

• Fluency in English.

نظرة عامة:
CCAD تبحث بنشاط عن ممرضين متخصصين في وحدة العناية المركزة العصبية. يُشجع المرشحون الذين لديهم خبرة قوية في العناية المركزة الجراحية العصبية على التقديم. تشمل المهام تقديم رعاية تمريضية متخصصة وعامة، تطبيق ممارسات قائمة على الأدلة، ومعالجة الاحتياجات السلوكية والنمائية والنفسية والاجتماعية للمرضى من جميع الأعمار.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

رعاية المرضى:

• إجراء تقييمات قبول دقيقة وشاملة.

• متابعة وتوثيق حالة المرضى وفعالية التدخلات.

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطط رعاية فردية.

• إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات المقررة وفق بروتوكولات التمريض.

• تقديم التعليم والإرشاد للمرضى حول التشخيص والإجراءات والأدوية والوقاية من الإصابات والتغذية.

• ضمان سلامة المرضى والالتزام بالمعايير السريرية.

• المشاركة في البحوث السريرية ومبادرات تحسين الجودة.

• تطبيق المعرفة التمريضية والأدوار المهنية المختلفة لتلبية احتياجات المرضى.

• تقديم رعاية قائمة على الأدلة وتقييم النتائج.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• بكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادله.

• برنامج تمريض معتمد لمدة 3 سنوات على الأقل.

• خبرة سنتين بعد التخرج في الرعاية الحرجة (تُعفى خريجات الجامعات الإماراتية بعد التدريب المعتمد).

• رخصة تمريض وطنية صالحة.

• شهادة BLS (يجب الحصول عليها خلال 3 أشهر إذا لم تكن موجودة).

• شهادات ACLS و PALS ذات الصلة بالتخصص (يجب الحصول عليها خلال 6 أشهر إذا لم تكن موجودة).

• مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.

• إجادة Microsoft Office وخبرة مع السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية ميزة.

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
