Account Manager

Role Overview: Turning complex project needs into high-value sales solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, building strong relationships with customers across construction sites, offices, and warehouses. You will drive growth using Hilti’s tools, software, and services, and develop new business opportunities in the BC Mid-Market and E&I segments in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans using a solution-based approach.
• Identify, pursue, and manage sales opportunities to achieve territory targets.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, contractors, and end users.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical actions.
• Drive growth of key products and ensure successful new product introductions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
• Manage customer portfolios and ensure high service levels.
• Gather market intelligence and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Bahraini national
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering degree is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years professional/technical sales experience
• Experience in building construction or related industry
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Valid Driver’s License
• Available for in-person interviews in Bahrain

• جمع معلومات السوق وتقديم تقارير أداء دورية.
• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والتقارير لمدير المبيعات الإقليمي.

المتطلبات:

• مواطن بحريني
• درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل الهندسة)
• خبرة مهنية / فنية في المبيعات لا تقل عن سنتين
• خبرة في قطاع البناء أو الصناعات المشابهة
• مهارات قوية في بناء علاقات العملاء
• إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
• رخصة قيادة سارية
• جاهز لإجراء مقابلات شخصية في البحرين
