Purpose:
• Lead and manage IKEA Food in-store
• Build business and develop people together
• Provide irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere
Accountabilities:
• Ensure guests are in focus, serving with empathy and care
• Contribute to the IKEA store business plan based on Growing IKEA Together and IKEA Food Direction & Strategy
• Develop and implement a clear IKEA Food action plan, followed up regularly
• Maximize commerciality to grow sales, conversion rates, and average check
• Contribute to store success and high performance
• Operate IKEA Food in accordance with legislation, quality, and food safety requirements
• Foster a strong IKEA culture valuing diversity and a great workplace

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in food service
• Broad IKEA management experience or proven high-volume/multi-unit retail or food service management
• Expertise in management, leadership, and conscious leadership aligned with IKEA values
• Expertise in forecasting and demand planning
• Certifications: HACCP, ISO 22000 FSMS
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

المسؤوليات:
• التركيز على رضا الضيوف والعمل على إسعادهم بخدمة متفهمة ومهذبة.
• المشاركة في وضع خطة أعمال المتجر باستخدام خطة الأعمال الوطنية وخطة IKEA Food.
• تطوير وتنفيذ خطة عمل واضحة لقسم الطعام ومتابعتها بانتظام.

• تشغيل قسم الطعام وفق التشريعات والمتطلبات القانونية ومعايير الجودة وسلامة الغذاء.
• خلق بيئة عمل تعكس ثقافة IKEA، وتعزز التنوع، وتجعل المتجر مكانًا رائعًا للعمل.
• ضمان تدفق المعلومات الداخلية ببساطة ووضوح.
• الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية للموظفين وفق المتطلبات القانونية المحلية ومعايير IKEA.
المؤهلات والخبرات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في الضيافة، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في خدمة الطعام.
• خبرة واسعة في إدارة IKEA أو سجل مثبت في إدارة سلسلة مطاعم أو تجارة تجزئة عالية الحجم.
• معرفة عميقة بالإدارة والقيادة بما يتوافق مع قيم IKEA.
• خبرة في التنبؤ والتخطيط للطلب.
• شهادات: HACCP، ISO 22000 FSMS.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات تواصل قوية.
