Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Executive to support our operations department. The candidate must have knowledge of Heavy Transport Vehicles and operations. This role combines sales coordination, client handling, and day-to-day operational support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution and business growth.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer / Operations Administrator to support transport operations, logistics coordination, and heavy fleet activities. Candidates with Bahrain experience in heavy transport, logistics, or heavy fleet operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operations support to the Operations Department
- Handle dispatch administration, data entry, reporting, and operations documentation
- Prepare and maintain transport documents, job files, delivery notes, permits, and invoices
- Coordinate with operations teams, drivers, fleet supervisors, and site staff
- Maintain vehicle movement logs, fleet records, and transport schedules
- Assist with timesheets, operational reports, and daily operations summaries
- Ensure proper document control and filing (physical & digital)
- Support compliance with company procedures, HSE documentation, and operational requirements
Requirements:
- Experience as an Admin Officer / Operations Admin / Logistics Administrator / Transport Administrator
- Background in heavy transport, rig moving, logistics, or oil & gas support services
- Bahrain experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations and fleet environment
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
Dispatch Officer - Heavy Transport
Job Description: We are looking for a Dispatch Officer who is well aware of Heavy Transport business. The candidate should join and start working immediately in Bahrain.
Requirements:
- Experience in heavy transport management and handling heavy vehicles such as semi-trailers, cranes, trailers, flatbeds, low beds, and forklifts

نبحث عن مسؤول إداري / مسؤول عمليات ذو خبرة لدعم عمليات النقل، تنسيق اللوجستيات وأنشطة الأسطول الثقيل. يفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم خبرة في النقل الثقيل أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة الأسطول في البحرين.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقديم الدعم الإداري والعمليات لقسم العمليات
- معالجة إدارة الإرسال، إدخال البيانات، التقارير والوثائق التشغيلية
- إعداد وصيانة مستندات النقل، ملفات العمل، إيصالات التسليم، التصاريح والفواتير
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات والسائقين والمشرفين وموظفي المواقع
- صيانة سجلات حركة المركبات، سجلات الأسطول وجداول النقل
- المساعدة في الجداول الزمنية، التقارير التشغيلية وملخصات العمليات اليومية
- ضمان السيطرة على المستندات وحفظها (ورقيًا ورقميًا)
- دعم الالتزام بإجراءات الشركة، وثائق السلامة ومتطلبات العمليات
المتطلبات:
- خبرة كمسؤول إداري / مسؤول عمليات / مسؤول لوجستيات / مسؤول نقل
- خلفية في النقل الثقيل، نقل الحفارات، اللوجستيات أو خدمات دعم النفط والغاز
- يفضل خبرة في البحرين
- معرفة قوية ببرامج MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة عمليات وأساطيل سريعة الوتيرة
- مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية)

نبحث عن ضابط إرسال لديه خبرة ومعرفة جيدة بأعمال النقل الثقيل.
المتطلبات:
- يجب أن يكون في البحرين
- الخبرة في إدارة النقل الثقيل والمركبات الثقيلة مثل نصف المقطورات، الرافعات، المقطورات، المنصات، المنصات المنخفضة، والرافعات الشوكية
