Conduct Site Surveys
-
Setting out/Marking – Interior finishes on site
-
Prepare Work program/Scheduling of Project (preferably in MS Projects)

Prepare Daily/Regular Site Reports with progress pictures and report to PM
-
Handle/plan and delegate workers/charge hands depending on work requirement
-
Coordinate and follow up with several trades on site – MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant etc
Quality Controller
Candidate Requirements
-
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a shop-fitting or joinery manufacturing company
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality Management
-
Sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common shop-fitting materials (timber, boards, laminates, metal, hardware, acrylics)
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work successfully in a multinational environment

Candidate Requirements

5-8 years’ experience in the fit-out industry, ideally with professional fit-out contracting companies
-
Engage, coordinate with, and lead supervisors if required

Experience in projects: Hospitality, Hotels, High-End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multinational environment

Strong technical and execution abilities

Computer literacy: AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office

Understanding of all trades in the fit-out process, including MEP
Logistics Manager
Personal Qualities & Requirements

10-15 years’ functional experience, mostly in interior fit-out contracting

Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain

Experience in freight negotiation, import/export clearance, custom duty refund claims

Knowledge of Export Documentation

Ability to lead and manage staff

Proficient in standard logistics software (ERP systems)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing setup

Experience in all aspects of joinery setting out: site survey, shop drawings, cutting lists, material take-off and ordering, site working drawings, loading lines

Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common joinery materials (timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware)
-
Strong technical and execution capabilities; able to solve technical issues and integrate materials (glass, acrylics, stone, metals, fabrics)

Proficient with Autodesk Products and Microsoft Office
-
Familiar with FSC, LEED requirements, FR standards
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a multinational environment

إعداد برنامج العمل/جدولة المشروع (يفضل باستخدام MS Projects).

إعداد تقارير يومية/دورية للموقع مع صور تقدم الأعمال وإرسالها لمدير المشروع.

تخطيط وتفويض العمال ورؤساء الفرق حسب متطلبات العمل.

التنسيق والمتابعة مع جميع الأعمال بالموقع: MEP، المركز التجاري، المالك، المستأجر، وغيرها.
مراقب جودة – Quality Controller
متطلبات المرشح:
-
خبرة 5 إلى 7 سنوات على الأقل في شركات تصنيع وتجهيز أثاث داخلي (Shop-Fitting).

شهادة بكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في إدارة الجودة.

معرفة قوية بإجراءات التصنيع والمواد الشائعة في التجهيز الداخلي، مثل: الأخشاب، الألواح، القشرة، المعادن، الأجهزة، والأكريليك.
