Manager Finance (Senior Consultant)
Job Description
The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA) and possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of IFRS, the ability to manage deadlines, and a detail-oriented approach to both routine and ad hoc financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support day-to-day accounting operations, including accruals, ERP journal entries, reconciliations and consolidation adjustment entries
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle various reporting tasks, including management reports, variance analysis, and regulatory submissions
- Respond to ad hoc financial requests and assist in special projects as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and controls
- Prepare and review financial statements for holding Companies in compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax consultants, and business units
Auditor – Audit & Assurance Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience within financial services and insurance companies will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in audit & assurance, preferably in a reputed public accounting firm
- CA or ACCA qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

مدير مالي (استشاري أول)
الوصف الوظيفي:
يجب أن يحمل المرشح المثالي مؤهلًا محاسبيًا مهنيًا (ACCA / CA) ويملك خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المحاسبة، التقارير المالية، والامتثال. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة فهمًا قويًا للمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS)، القدرة على إدارة المهل النهائية، ونهجًا دقيقًا في التعامل مع المهام المالية الروتينية وغير الروتينية.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 1 إلى 2 سنة في التدقيق والضمان، ويفضل في شركة محاسبة عامة مرموقة.
- مؤهل CA أو ACCA ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS) والمعايير المحاسبية المحلية (GAAP).
- مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وإدارة مهام متعددة في الوقت نفسه.
