Merchandiser – Defacto
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Selection & Pricing: Curate the right product mix and set strategic price points aligned with market demand.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to ensure profitability.
- Sales Monitoring: Track performance of Best Sellers to maximize revenue and identify Bad Sellers to minimize loss.
- Stock Optimization: Control inventory levels and coordinate efficient stock transfers between stores.
- Retail Analytics: Provide insights on sales trends and customer preferences to guide merchandising decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (including VLOOKUP) for data reconciliation and reporting.
Accountant
Job responsibilities:
- Maintains F&B Inventory detail records.
- Reconciles monthly F&B inventory reports and cost of sales calculations.
- Preparation of F&B facility financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Reconciles general ledger account activity, balances A/R and A/P control accounts to detail aging.
- Assists A/R and A/P clerks with coding of receipts and disbursements into the general ledger.
- Maintains F&B cash balance records, reconciles cash receipts and disbursements to the general ledger.
- Accounts for facility F&B financial transactions and inputs event journal entries.
- Performs monthly account analysis on F&B general ledger accounts and prepares adjusting journal entries.
- Coordinates internal and external audits of the facility F&B financial records.
Job requirement: A bachelor degree is required. 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverages.
Sales Lady – Miniso
Job responsibilities:
