Job Description:
The Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and related applications. This includes maintenance, repair, and support for equipment both in the workshop and on-site at customer locations. The role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure high-quality service and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and supported applications
Conduct defect investigations, troubleshooting, and site surveys
Strip, inspect, and test hydraulic components
Record measurements and test results accurately
Carry out inspections/tests of hydraulic components or systems
Maintain and calibrate testing and monitoring equipment
Read and interpret drawings, manuals, and specifications
Maintain workshop and job site equipment in proper order
Coordinate with technical staff for tests, inspections, trials, and defect rectifications
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
Knowledge of fitting sizes (JIC, BSP, NPT, etc.)
Planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills
Quick learner for new systems and applications
Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve common technical issues
Teamwork and communication skills
Preferred vocational or technical qualification
0–2 years of experience in a technical role
Technical Knowledge Required:
Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and related applications (Denison, Parker, Vickers, Eaton, Rexroth, Hugglands)
Hands-on experience with hydraulic component stripping
Familiarity with testing, measuring, calibration, and monitoring instruments
Good communication skills for interaction with supervisors
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Individual contributor; no supervisory duties

إجراء الصيانة والإصلاح واستكشاف الأعطال في التطبيقات الهيدروليكية والنيوماتيكية والأنظمة المرتبطة
إجراء تحقيقات الأعطال واستطلاعات الموقع وحل المشكلات
تفكيك وفحص واختبار المكونات الهيدروليكية
تسجيل القياسات ونتائج الاختبارات بدقة
إجراء ومراقبة اختبارات المكونات أو الأنظمة الهيدروليكية
صيانة ومعايرة معدات الاختبار والمراقبة
قراءة وتفسير المخططات والكتيبات والمواصفات
الحفاظ على الورشة ومعدات مواقع العمل في حالة جيدة
التنسيق مع الفريق الفني لإجراء الاختبارات والفحص وتصحيح الأعطال
المهارات والكفاءات:
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الفنية والكتيبات
معرفة مقاسات الوصلات (JIC، BSP، NPT، إلخ)
مهارات التخطيط وتنظيم الوقت وتحديد الأولويات
القدرة على التعلم السريع للتطبيقات والأنظمة الجديدة
مهارات حل المشكلات وحل الأعطال الشائعة

يفضل الحصول على مؤهل فني أو مهني
خبرة من صفر إلى سنتين في دور تقني
